Raised in the Presbyterian church

In 1983, began to listen to the gospel preached by Esau Trujillo, in the institutional church of Christ

Baptized by Esau in 1985, immediately beginning to preach

Taught the gospel to his family the same year, starting the church in Santa Rosalia

Attended the Southeastern Theological Center in San Cristobal

In 1987, attended a debate with Noah Trujillo that explained the differences between liberal and conservative churches

 

 

Began the church in Suspiro in 1987, with the baptism of three people

Began the church in Campo Grande in 1990 with five people, leaving someone else to preach in Suspiro

At times rode by bicycle 7-8 hours one way to study with people

Married Griselda Hernandez on April 7, 1992

Taught the church in Santa Rosalia to leave institutionalism in 1992

Started the churches in Jahuaca and Balaxte in 1993, walking the hour between Jahuaca and Campo Grande

The church in Campo Grande disbanded in 1994 because of the Zapatista uprising

Began evangelizing in Santa Elena with other brethren from Ocosingo in 2002

Moved his membership to Santa Elena the same year to start the church there
